Ongoing Struggles in Kashmir

Civil unrest continues in the Kashmir region this week and India struggles to find a meaningful resolution. This ongoing conflict between Palestine and India, that both claim right to the region has been ongoing for decades and flared up over the last few weeks. The links above describe deaths that have resulted from rising protests against India's increased force in the region.

I can't help but feel echoes of the Palestinian and Israeli conflict here, both in the type and length of the struggle. The decisions sound equally difficult as well.
